    Vocus SP has been frothy for a couple of years. This correction is nothing to fear.

    What you should fear is a continual decrease in operating margins relative to those of its competitors, and a long term inability to leverage the infrastructure side of the business.

    For the record I purchased at ~$1 and exercised my rights recently.
