has anyone asked what exactly PEN has acquired?
my reading of their announcement says they have acquired a number of MINING RIGHT APPLICATIONS?
not MINING RIGHTS but APPLICATIONS?
now it happens that the Soth African Mining laws are notoriously poorly drafted, so this could mean anything or nothing...... could be years before the south africans get off their @rse to permit any drilling at all.
..... and PEN needed a three day halt for this?????
