When Ozl made their initial raid on SFR his reluctance to mop up the whole co. at a ridiculous price compared to today was his first blunder.
His next blunder was the consolidation of shares.
His attempt to buy a mickey mouse outfit in Roumania was another.
His almost haphazard attitude towards solving our short term growth problem is to say the least ordinary. You even wonder yourself about the IVA foray and its sense.
The last time we sat back and let our board and management go unchallenged almost resulted in our demise.
