asf, to answer your question, I think the amount of the capital reduction stays the same, i.e. approx. 7c because it is based on the market value of the Duketon company being spun off and the number of STB shares (rather than the market value of STB shares).
At current market cap of STB, potash assets are being valued close to $20m.
