i.e. the Chinese or anybody else would just do a deal direct with the Eritrean Govt and bypass STB. However, the buyers still lining up for STB after the recent big change of the rules by the Eritrean Govt obviously feel otherwise and trust that Eritrea is going to be a fair playing field with rule of law and protected property.
