Actually, the more I think about it. Shouldn't there be an ASX announcement to state that the board has decided to ignore the constitution without consulting shareholders or explaining there reasons. Doesn't this open the door for further litigation? Some people may have bought these shares based on the security of income in the constitution. Any way, as I said, its the crappy announcement that has me annoyed...
