Resources are one thing, but Reserves are another. Economics to extract mean the metal prices are not high enough. Someone posted previously, but the processing plant is old and only suitable for massive sulphides. The current resources are mainly disseminated and I gather are too hard for the mill. Also as the grade is substantially less it means you have to put more through the mill to make money. An impossible position. Hence the heap leach operation.
What really makes it tough for Fox, besides directors, is the lack of money. What a market to be in when you have zero $$$ in the bank. This will be 1 cent soon imho. Sharks can smell blood in the water.
