Agree. I had been informed that Tamiflu was just Relenza with a small addition to make it available by mouth but have since been informed that it has a clearly altered shape and this is why it is inducing mutations in some strains.
The shortage in Tamiflu precursor chemicals will make production increase quite difficult so everything is in favour of GSK selling all they can produce over the next several years as current orders are already several years from being filled. Pity help the laggards who ordered late.
These prices will look cheap in a few days/weeks with Instos picking up a lot more. Whether this is able to reduce volatility or increase it due to progressive lack of supply remains to be seen. Interesting times.
