Twice a dosage day is correct.
My mistake ..... but not quite !

(Im actually a pharmacist, but havn't worked for a while........ LOL)

10 mg twice daily = TWO 5mg capsules twice daily......

Still = 4 capsules daily (for treatment of infection)

Or 2 capsules daily for prophylaxis(...hadn't caught up with that one till now)

So my point about having enough stock to treat large numbers of people for lengthy periods remains.
And the cost would still be prohibitive..


None of the above will impinge on BTA price anyway cos GSK will manufacture as much as they can

My point is they will not be able to treat the masses prophylactically.
