The problem is Molonski is that too many that come to this forum have absolutely no interest in listening to anything that is positive about property. Even when they are shown ways on how to make money they either ignore it or just keep harping on the same negative mantra. Clearly they do not understand the property market, as most of the key negative players think all property is the same and behaves the same at the same time - when it is not.
The reality is they should move on to more productive pursuits for them, as property does not appear to be a good fit for them. However they seem to spend an inordinate amount of time here for people who have nothing good to say about the investment.
