Your statement that these were brought up again yesterday in Indian Parliament is , unfortunately, partially incorrect. You may have confused the numerical parliamentary sitting with the numerical Coal and Steel report.
The Standing Committee for Coal and Steel reports you have pasted are the 7th and 8th.
