Thanks OM. Yes that's the part of the report I am hanging onto. There's certainly something going on in the background, and potentially related to ECT. Maybe we will get an announcement very soon.. I've read some live updates of the Lok Sabha proceedings for 2 August, but found nothing important discussed and just a lot of bickering between parliamentary members....
