Even from a laymans perspective, there are a lot of changes going on here as the overall size of the plant area has at least doubled. The solvent extraction has been split and doubled in size. The Rare Earth Refinery is substantially bigger but no mention now of an FeNb processing plant so I guess that's being done elsewhere in a new metals plant?
I am sure someone in the chemical processing field could work out a lot more from the information shared above!
