Many have not understood some of the original agreement. The only deadline in it was that the agreement with Hyundai was for an exclusive period of one month.
As this has expired ASM is now free to talk to others. Hyundai obviously have made progress that will come clear in the Qly so it looks like DW is not actively talking to others.
With the diversity of the Hyundai group I think that are in the market for most if not all the metals to come from Toongi in the different company divisions.
