I am only going from memory.... my recollection is those timelines were adjusted due to the travel restrictions imposed by Covid on the consortium completing due diligence. This was explained in an announcement somewhere.
DW makes an oblique reference to funding in the recent video when he mentions "the approvals" (4.44 minute mark).... the 20% investment might need FIRB (Foreign Investment Review Board) tick of approval (? perhaps).
