From what i can ascertain some people seem to be making the point that because it has gone past the stated dates for the exclusivity the deal is in doubt.

That may be the case but most probably not because of the whole Korean connection that ASM has going. It seems pretty obvious the relationship between Australia and Korea and ASM and Korea is very strong.

Korea need to sure up their supply chain and they have been supporting ASM along the way with payments, land and i would say other unspecified assistance. However both sides will be making sure all ducks are lined up before the big cash flows.

I am very keen to hear the results of all the work ASM have been doing. Glad to be part of it in a small way.
