Coming across the "information wires " yesterday , was the attached very interesting article concerning the potential use of Niobium in EV batteries , in what could be seen as early days breakthrough technology .

Whilst the niobium output from Toongi has thus far been seen as a strengthening light weight and heat tolerant metal additive , the last I recall it was seen as providing approx 17% of the Toogni revenue . Not insignificant .
If this article is the early days introduction of a new niobium usage source , given the other raw material demand , this could add yet another very profitable and interesting chapter to ASM.
Nice to have a 50 year mine life , isn't it !
