KCF deal was dead as soon as they had to amend the terms of the deal. there is no way the tryhards with no rare earths/mining experience from KCF were going to get the required financing done for dubbo. they themselves seemed to have failed to raise their own magnet co to offtake from KMP as originally planned. i put this forward almost a year ago, even calling the CR for late 2022: https://hotcopper.com.au/threads/ann-quarterly-activities-appendix-5b-cash-flow-report.6716215/page-48?post_id=61104483
