The announcement of the revised framework agreement says: "Unless terminated earlier, the Revised Framework Agreement runs until 30 June 2023".

So my reading is that is was to expire on 30 June 2023. An extension probably doesn't warrant a standalone announcement, and could be updated in the next quarterly. However, if the agreement did expire on the 30th of June and wasn't extended, I would have expected an announcement as that would definitely be market sensitive.

Also not sure of the below timeline any more since the EPC contract isn't expected to be finalised until mid 2024 now.
