If they still hold the shares that is a good sign, however, if they would have topped up anywhere between $1 and $8.90, that would have been a real vote of confidence, who knows, maybe they did?
My opinion is this deal is dead in the water, the original agreement was signed nearly two years ago and the amended agreement was 14 months ago.
