Saw the order myself and was tempted to (quite legally) front run it, given it was so boldly out there. Should have, would have, could have.
I did say to people the other day, look at the language. It was "when" negotiations are finalised, not if. The frustration of the crappy small offtake agreements to date was understandable, but clearly the deals are coming. Its not a quick process with plenty of structural pre-requisites necessary for contracts and fine detail in the contract negotiations.
Clearly they are coming.....all the evidence points to it. Patience difficult for anything but recent buyers, but a little more required. Its horrible, buying more when you are offside, but unless you think insolvency a real possibility, a painful and risky, but lucrative strategy.
