Yes I agree she seemed very exuberant when talking about the 3 way agreement. So potentially some good will come of that.
Dubbo is obviously the end game glory, a monumental task to fund and build but I thought she was also still quite positive towards the end, just thinking about the details and everything that's going on in the background.
