I stand to be corrected but I did read the announcement and not a single mention of ASM to be seen (snapshot below). Interesting is that they reference a previous '...signing of the MOU with VTRE..." but the only MOU they have recently signed is with both VTRE and ASM! I remain confused! Does the 3-way MOU still stand? And if so, why just go binding and exclusive with VTRE alone? Was ASM asked to participate and decline?
