BSX have a very close relationship with Vietnam because their mine has been operating for quite few years. They haven't been producing for a while but still exploration and a pilot plant was in operation.
I think they have also been consulting with the Govt. re: W.A's mining code.
So i think you are right, but Champee might know it is going to be difficult for the partnership to be able to show the whole chain form mine to metals in Vietnam.
Lets hope the Vietnamese company keeps going and I had a thought yesterday as to whether our partnership could take them over but that is most probably way out there.
