Not sure what Vietnam is up to. Probably like India playing off both sides against the middle.
Factories can be moved to other places like Bangladesh, Thailand, Indonesia, Mexico or Eastern Europe. Anyway, Vietnam building up it's own islands in the Spratlys in the South China Sea, means Xi is being a little two faced too.
I hear he's moving along the path that led Kim Jong il(l) to panic when Donald Trump offered him a Tic tac.
