I re-read the article to try to understand the timeframe to see how Lynas will beat Dubbo in this regard. All it says is that it "can pivot". So I'm guessing that pivoting probably takes about 10 years? The technology and testing for such an easy pivot is all done, little to no construction of any additional facilities required, so basically by end of 2023? Or is the pivoting just meaning less than a decade? It really doesn't say anything at all. Conversely Dubbo, we have much more of an idea in comparison (subject to further information being provided by Lynas or being more knowledgeable in the field of mining and/or the field of 'pivots').

I'm not trying to push any opinions and acknowledge my bias as an ASM shareholder, but the article just doesn't confirm any timeframes. Maybe we'll know more soon.
