I was fairly critical at the time about the raise, went through each of the above and explained why I thought it was bogus. At the time, they were worried about a looming recession heading into 2023 and the raise was done mainly to keep the lights on. In reality, that is fine, but what we have with ASM and the dinosaur running the company is a constant failure to communicate exactly what the heck is going on.
