I should have said ZOC, pretty sure the latest amendments to the flowsheet i.e. sulphuric chambers etc.. was to allow production of ZOC. They would sell that straight from Dubbo, not sure that they will do anything with that further upstream or at least I have not heard anything about that.
Lots of issues with the damage china is doing to the environment with production of ZOC so an alternative supply offtake for this and Zircon from Dubbo should be a slam dunk for Rowena.
