Yes, and HEC quickly realising that offtakes not very commercial without third party ores and Dubbo ores needed blending with ores from other projects to meet specs of key end-buyers.
We need those large offtakes for Dubbo with western end users, better still a large offtake with a strategic investment in the company. That will be the game changer.
We need some focus on the rest of the Dubbo resource. For many years it has been REEs. We are not feasible without the majority of our full suite.
