I think you are getting confused with ores and oxides.
The KMP requires oxides either provided by Dubbo or a third party. It has no ability to process ores.
Dubbo will produce oxides form its ore body. Dubbo may (could possibly) process 3rd party ores for a fee and extra revenue stream once up and running - but that is getting a little ahead of where we are at right now.
The oxides are the oxide of a particular metal - Yes they are blended if necessary at the metal plant to produce a compound to a specification for a magnet producer. That testing / validation is happening now.
Other metal plants located around the world would either have oxides provided by Dubbo or more likely a local supplier IF one was available.
I think you are getting confused with ores and oxides.The KMP...
