That is true but there has been talk from the company that offtakes are related to finance and vice versa.
There seems to be more hope for sure especially with the EXIM bank LOI's.
I think a partner for DZP is a critical piece of the puzzle so I am hoping they can secure a good partner and that leads to the DZP getting the go ahead after a very long time of waiting.
