No real news since the re-financing of the Korean corporate debt facility back in June.
We desperately need some developments on some or more of the following:
(Obviously, financing is the catalyst for a lot of the other developments).

Finalisation of EMP funding
EDC DD process for $400m AUD
US EXIM DD process for $923m AUD
EFA finance for $200m AUD / Critical Minerals Facility
National Reconstruction Fund
International partnerships grants
Technical
KMP updates
Bechtel FEED contract (Sept'24)
Technical validation processes (Europe up to end of CY24)
Operations
Feedstock
Offtake Agreements
Metals Plants - replication in US/EU/Japan
So many things going on atm, I feel like there is a fair bit of deadlock. REE prices not helping atm either.
Hopefully 1 or 2 dominoes can fall and we can see some semblance of a pathway.
