Wonder how they are going finding a buyer for the remaining 3,082,534 Entitlement Offer Shares from the recent cap raise. Should be an easy sell at an almost 50% premium. They got till 27 August 2024 to find a buyer.

I can see an October announcement:

"We are delighted to further erode shareholder value with a 50% discount to the already extremely low share price of $0.50. Shareholders have to opportunity to take part in a 1:33 offer at $0.25. The funds raised under the Offer will go towards demonstrating ASM has the required cocommitments to enable government funding that will be used to progress key critical path activities to take final investment decision and contemplate a LOI for an idea to move forward to thinking about something so that we can consider the final signing of important paperwork for ASM’s Dubbo Project.
