I held ASM after its demerger from ALK which now seems like decades ago. I no longer hold ASM due to my naivety in believing/hoping that ASM would be the Australian multi commodity / value add company exporting to the world. The Dubbo project still holds promise yet seems years away from starting. I should have sold when it was above $13 however, trying to be greedy is not a good investment strategy . I realise that the space of critical minerals is fraught with many twists and turns and long lead times, particularly when competing with China. However, it seems that ASM is not the flavour of the month or year for that matter. I still continue to watch from the sidelines, maybe reentering when it is at its darkest level. ASM has been a sobering lesson in chasing an investment dream. Good luck to those who keep holding.
