bottom line is if US really prepares for hot war with China then REE projects outside China will be funded by US and other western governments. right now we hear lot rhetoric about challenging China but very little action on the REE front.
unless this happens (US to really start prepping a war), China will dominate the REE market for many years to come - price wins and China has the economies of scale and controls the supply chains globally.
bottom line is if US really prepares for hot war with China then...
