I remember An investment of USD 15 million was made by KCF Energy Co. Ltd (KCF) at $8.90 but this was not the Government. This was a consortium, the one that we keep extending our relationship with every year because we need an intermediary to liaise with certain levels of the Korean Government on our behalf, e.g. KORIM does not speak to us. All in all, this premium investment, was a stitch up, something was not right about it. I wrote about my concerns with this investment a couple of years ago. Overall, it was a hail-Mary to stop the slide in share price. At the time it was sinking like the Titanic.
