Like it or not China is the second largest economy in the world; a nuclear-weapon state; and has the world's largest standing army by military personnel and the second-largest defense budget; and sadly, with this latest weakening of Western military and economic ties by the US, will now become the largest superpower even quicker.

It is a superpower - I wish it wasn't - by any measure and more importantly to ASM IS the dominant superpower in the rare earths market!? You might have heard via your investment in a rare earths company that China rather controls some 70-80% of rare earths production, processing and markets. That you even post this right wing American MAGA crap shows how far away you are from objective analysis of ASM's prospects.

You missed both the Chinese retaliatory tariffs and far more importantly to ASM the further controls on rare earths restrictions, incorrectly saying Chinese tariffs will go to zero and now deflect.
