I'm expecting that this plays into the USA Metals Plant for ASM funded by US DoD with oxides supplied from US sources coming online.
Such as from USA Rare Earths contract . Initially oxides from Vietnam to KSM but then on a tolling basis from their own mine.
I am sure the plan is for this to swing to USA Metals Plant plant eventually.
Shows how ill considered the whole thing is by Trump and his advisors.
