There is a possibility he is right. There has been selling and it may be China trying to maintain its dominance by unsettling any future South Korean alliance with ASM.

That may be true if you believe in the dirty and hazardous production methods from China and their need to maintain control.

But then we have a multi millionaire on Board who is probably involved in the consortium in some way or another and most likely involved in `the future 3rd party sales' of the rare earth and titanium so the framework would be still in play. Depends how you think.. I;m still on the later and I think there will be some clarity announced next week.
