@Lureman, although I believe the framework is still in play, there are many Companies in the past who scoot around informing shareholders of investments and offtake deals that have expired. Even our own Alkane has done this in the past, eg. I cannot recall the Company informing us that the Shin-Etsu deal had fallen through. There is a fine line between insider trading and a material announcement when something else is happening behind the scenes.
