I have just re-watched the presentation of MD Dave Woodall on 30th Nov 2021 (the video is available at ASM website). Dave said, "The due diligence for the framework have gone really well, both parties are excited for the opportunity to work together."
The finalisation of the funding framework cannot be far away.
