That's been on the cards and in the price for a long time Kaddles. The plant in Malaysia has been in dispute before, I had an investment in (and so I consider a hand) building it. A political football since before Anwar Ibraham tried for election, before a resurrected Mahatir (recalcitrant) Mahommed, in his 90's, made a comeback to fix Chinese debt trap diplomacy. They must think Biden is a spring chicken but I'm pretty sure they don't think at all, it's all racism politics.

Australia (& WA) may have previously banned LYC's REE plant in Kal. due to a similar tunnel vision about alleged radiation but has changed its mind to suck up to the US and $. However, it will take (maybe a lot) longer and there's the slightest chance they may change their mind about U mining as well. Now don't say but they mine U at OD, Ranger and Honeymoon well. That would be being rational and apparently irrelevant.
