the much needed refi has been done! good to see that we are at least alive to fight another day. I am relived but not quite content with the situation.

Now this is only round 1!... we only delayed the need to refinance and what we had to pay to get the extension is just a joke! Diluting our holdings so much for the sake of a mere 88m.

Now I don't know if management did us in or maybe this is the best they could get to stop us going the way of CUO and OZL?




THOUGH ON THE UPSIDE............

Copper is currently 1.40 and rising. Credit conditions in 6 months (or at worst 12 months) should be a lot friendlier than at present.

IF WE DOUBLED ON A MEDIOCRE REFINANCE.... WILL WE QUADRUPLE WHEN COPPER IS @ 2.40+ and DEBT ISSUES ARE OUT OF THE WAY????
