I am not religious in the sense that I am a Christian, or a Muslim, or a Hindu, or a Buddhist, I am not an atheist either; but spirituality has an important role to play in one's emotional well being.
Each to his/her own. There really is no need to belittle others who have chosen to believe in a "religion".
