It always makes me wonder when people bring up probability in a debate.
What are the chances of rolling a 3 with a single die?
Does it take six shots to eventually role a 3? Or could it happen on the first attempt?
What are the chances of winning the lottery?
Does each winner need to play and be unsuccessful 45,000,000 times before they win? Or could a first time player win?
Although probability is fun, it tells us nothing of when an event will actually occur.
