So... I am assuming you mean mouth, nose, ears, anus, urinary tract?
Apart from the fact men have 7 orifices, 2 ear canals, 2 nostrils, 1 mouth, 1 rectum, 1 urethral opening, I assume you are only talking about men in this sense as you have decided not to include women in your calculations.
Not surprising what with how woman are viewed in the bible.
