Chuck, our son was born premi', and was in intensive care for 20 odd days, in that time we saw '25 week' babies weighing 500 grams fighting for their life. Since our experience, I've met a few adults that were born under 30 weeks, one 25 weeks that is alive and well today. In my opinion, once a baby reaches 12 weeks, he/she cannot be aborted- surely that's enough time for a woman to know that she is pregnant, and know whether she wants the baby.
