    But would it not be more important that religion grows in quality, produces a better, united humanity than simply looking at numbers. The Muslims for instance are growing rapidly, but that has more to do with childbirth and being welcomed into countries that affords them a quality of life that they couldn't get in Muslim countries. There's no gain to the human condition is such a case at all.

    Likewise, Christianity is growing most rapidly in the fundamental, Charismatic belief areas and this does absolutely nothing to progress humanity. The faster religions grow the more disunity they cause.

    The present forms of religion just don't work, so it's best they not be encouraged to seek growth. We need new political and religious forms, not more of the same that promotes ignorance and seems to be leading us to the abyss.
