I understand that the company is continuing on its path, but that relisting is something like 6-12 weeks away.
They obviously have not called in admin/receivers, so the Directors and the new Director clearly believe that the company can and will pay its bills as and when due. This is actually a positive move.
Having said that, any recapitalization will swamp out current shareholders, I am thinking a value of around 1 cent assuming a 400% flood (new capital provider taking 80% of company for circa AUD$40-60m, then 1-1.4cents looks about as good as it gets.
Alternatively, the company is going well, if so, it would have relisted!
