'Other listing requirements are less onerous than audit and include completion of annual report, holding of AGM and other compliance-type announcements.

The administration is still to be finalised whilst there are 1 or 2 minor creditor claims to be dealt with. These are being dealt with in the background and will not hold up the re-listing. The major hold-up is the audit of 2008 and 2009 and 2009 and 2010 half year accounts. High staff turnover in accounting department and lack of experienced staff during administration period have contributed to this ongoing delay.

Please note that administration costs from the quarterly report include corporate and Zambian overheads as well as all salaries for the company (including those who work underground and at Munali plant). Only a minor administration fee was paid to KPMG.'
